OFFICIAL RULES

The tournament standard & FAQs.

  • Roll wheels through the slots to score points. The first to 21 points wins.

  • Place the SLOTS boards 25 feet apart and mark the halfway line.

  • In 2 v 2 players stand at the opposite end of their teammate.

  • In 1 v 1 players stand at the opposite end of their opponent.

  • Use four wheels for 2 v 2 and two wheels for 1 v 1.

  • All wheels start at the same end.

  • Flip a coin to determine which team rolls first.

  • If the wheel goes completely through a wide slot it is worth 1 point.

  • If the wheel goes completely through the middle slot it is worth 3 points.

  • If the wheel gets stuck in the middle slot it is worth 3 points and the wheel is returned immediately for another roll.

  • Points are added to the total score at the end of each turn.

  • No point canceling

  • If a fault is committed by the player rolling the wheel, the roll and any points earned are forfeited and the wheel is picked up immediately.

  • It is a fault if the rolling player steps past the SLOTS board while rolling.

  • It is a fault if a rolled wheel doesn’t touch the ground before the halfway line.

  • If a player physically hinders their opponent's ability to roll, or disrupts the complete, natural path of

  • the roll before the wheel comes to a stop, or rolls fully past the SLOTS board, the wheel should be immediately returned to the player for a re-roll.

  • A turn is when all four wheels are rolled from one side to the other.

  • The player on the team with the lowest score rolls first. If the score is tied, the first roll alternates.

  • Players roll one wheel at a time, alternating teams until the turn is finished.

  • Turns continue until one or both teams have exactly 21 points at the end of a turn.

  • A turn is when both wheels are rolled from one side to the other.

  • A round is when both players take one turn.

  • Both players must take an equal number of turns. Therefore, the starting player cannot have the final turn.

  • Turns continue until one or both players have exactly 21 points at the end of a round.

  • Wheels cannot be picked up or moved during a turn unless they are completely past the SLOTS board.

  • Teams switch sides after the turn in which a team scores 11 or more points.

  • If a team or player scores more than 21 points by the end of a turn, their score is reset to 15.

  • In 2 v 2, if the scores are tied at 21 points by the end of a turn, the team that scores the most points in
the next turn wins. This continues until there is a team with more points at the end of a turn.

  • In 1 v 1, if the scores are tied at 21 points by the end of a round, the player that scores the most points in
the next round wins. This continues until there is a team with more points at the end of a round.
